Our Family Pack Grass-finished Beef is a mix of the following cuts:
Tenderloin filet, rib steak, strip steak, and sirloin steak;
Slow cooker cuts, Chuck roast, rump roast, cube steak, shank, brisket, and short ribs;
About half the weight will be ground beef.
