This means the fat profile has more flavor and is healthier, and has more omega-3 fatty acids than grain-finished beef. We strive to give our cattle the best life possible, and provide you with extraordinarily clean, excellent-tasting beef. We don’t source our beef from random suppliers, like the big corporations. Your beef is grass-finished on our pastures.

The Ancestral Blend consists of 10% liver, 20% kidney fat, 20% heart and 50% lean beef. There are four (4) patties per pack. Price is per pound.
